Port 2 Port Rally Every November since 2000 has seen the arrival of the Port 2 Port Rally, last year over 40 yachts participated in the 1000 nautical mile Fun Ocean Passage that departs from Port Villa Vanuatu and arrives at the Bundaberg Port Marina, before a week of festivities that finish with the "End of Passage Party".

Vaccinations are not necessary unless visitors come from a Yellow Fever infected country with six days prior to arrival. No other health certificate is needed to enter Australia.
Driving Cars in Australia are right hand drive. International driving permits are recommended. The speed limit is 100kmh (60mph) on highways and 50kmp (35mph) in residential and commercial areas, unless otherwise indicated.

- Lady Musgrave Island: offers great diving, fishing, snorkelling while moored in the calm waters of the lagoon.
- Fraser Island: spend a weekend moored in the protected waters behind the World Heritage Listed Fraser Island and enjoy the company of dolphins, sea turtles and the magnificent Humpback Whales.
- Artificial Reef: the Cochrane Artificial Reef is located about 8 nautical miles south of the Port of Bundaberg. The artificial reef is a great day trip destination for diving, fishing or to take the family to see a wide variety of marine life. Most days sea-turtles and dolphins can been seen from the surface, along with a stunning array of corals and fish life below the surface. Winter months brings the much sought-after Snapper into the in-shore reefs and the artificial reef has provided many keen angler with the opportunity to tackle this amazing sports fish.
National Parks Water falls, rain forests, bush and beaches are within a two hour drive, and some as close as a five minute drive from the marina. Choose from over 12 National Parks in our region. The bird life between the Sunshine Coast and Bundaberg is the most abundant in Australia. One of our guests counted 114 species of birds in one day.
