The Bundaberg Port Marina was officially opened in September 1998 and offers first class marine facilities for visitors to the Coral Coast.
The marina offers 160 top quality floating berths. Each berth has power, water and security lighting with telephone and wireless broadband available at most berths. Convenient refuelling, modern amenities, coin operated Laundromat, public phones, hire cars, general store with ATM, LPG refills and ice are some of our other facilities and services on offer.
Bundaberg Port Marina is fast becoming one of Queensland's most recognised ship repair facilities. The Hardstand and ship-lift services are considered first class, with a 70 tonne ship-lift, concreted hardstand area, high pressure cleaning service, fully enclosed paint shed and enclosed work bays for sandblasting activities. The yard provides quality cradles and stands, professional staff and one of the largest dry storage yards on the east coast.
The marina office is open 7 days, and provides a courtesy bus service for transport into the city. The complex also houses a fully licensed restaurant, ships chandlery, seafood shop and marine brokerage.
The Bundaberg Port Marina is an official "Port of Entry" clearance facility for inbound and outbound visitors. The Bundaberg Port Marina, for the last four years, has consecutively cleared more international vessels than any other Port of Entry in Australia. The easy, deep-water, all-weather entrance that the Port of Bundaberg offers to visitors, day or night, is one of the many factors that has contributed to this increasing influx of yachts each year to the Coral Coast. |
